Mental Health Book Study to Meet This Fall

Register now for a 4-week group study session taking place this fall on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. on 9/19, 10/10, 10/17, 11/7 in Room 160 (we’ll skip Halloween). Learn more about living with and supporting those whose lives are touched by mental illness.

The bestselling book, An Unquiet Mind, by Kay Redfield Jamison, will serve as a touch-point for our conversation as we reflect with others on the impact of mental illness on our lives, our families, and our culture. These sessions will be led by mental health (NAMI) professionals and counselors and hosted by The Lutheran Church of The Good Shepherd.

The book is free for the first 22 people to register (1 book per family please) and commit to attending all four sessions. Registration is open to all in our community.

Join us! Please call Beth Holmes at 360-357-3554 to register.
